For contractors receiving salaries based on the tasks they complete, there should be a provision for the site manager to enter the task's daily update progress along with the material consumed on that particular date. The progress can be entered as a percentage or as square feet of work done in a particular day. If there is no progress, the supervisor should be able to update 'No Progress' today. The material should be reduced as per daily consumption from the inventory to ensure purchase at the right time.
